I was made aware 11-29-18 of a Violent assault of 69 year old female, by Nutrition Director Chris Duffy who has already admitted to Adult Protection of Clatsop County to “initiating wrestling” against non-consenting female. SEPRD claims that they cannot fire him for his nonconsenting wrestling of female.Victim Sandra Womack was forcefully pushed out of the facility by Chris Duffy and Madndatory Reporter laws were not followed to report an assault on an elderly and disabled female.
SEPRD employee Kari Douma was subjected to sexual harassment by Chris Duffy. i warned her about his violence and herpes so she could stay safe.
Kari Douma witnessed Chris Duffy asking me to work at Bob Chisholm. I told Skylar Archibald i would not be able to work there in February 2018 due to concerns about violence i was subjected to, and the assailant’s request i do not tell his co-workers about his assaults.
Skylar Archibald told me i can help train SEPRD Sexual Harassment prevention, when Chris Duffy is no longer employed by the organization.Special Districts Association of Oregon attorney Spencer Rockwell has attempted to prevent my whistleblowing.
Senior Citizen Meals on Wheels site Bob Chisholm center where offensive violence occurred is a part of the Sunset Eppire parks and Recreation District which is headquartered at 1140 Broadway St, Seaside, OR 97138 nearby.
