Northwest Senior and Disability Services (NWSDS) is the multicounty agency tasked with health and nutrition services for Oregon DHS. Meals On Wheels program “nutrition coordinator” attempted to violate my medical privacy, despite my being a NWSDS client. at the time Chris Duffy assaulted me, i wrongly believed he would show me professional respect as a client of the agency funding his program.
